Thomas M. Morley – Chairman

Tom is the founder of our company and has played a crucial role in its success. From day one Tom’s motto was that we never want to be the biggest company, just the best. This is our foundation, our reason for success, and will never change. Tom sits on many boards and has been involved in a number of charity organizations as a way to give back to the community. In addition, Tom has worked in the food technology arena, and helped many companies work through their logistical needs, as well as assisting in the actual formulation of a variety of consumer products.


Bruce L. Uhl – President

Bruce has been part of the company for more than 30 years. Prior to working with T.M. Morley, Inc., he drove a tractor trailer. When hired by our company, he ran the Safety Department. From there he was promoted to dispatch where his previous knowledge of the industry helped the company excel in helping to keep our customers promises. After several years in his role in dispatch, he was promoted to Vice President, and headed up the department. In 2015 Bruce was once again promoted to the post of President of the company. He’s responsible day to day operations and to ensure all departments are running smoothly. His expertise in our business model is invaluable to our company.


Michael G. Morley – Director of Safety

Mike started working with T.M. Morley, Inc. in 1993. Starting as an over the road driver for the company, Mike excelled in promoting our brand of service. His attention to detail was what our company is about, and for a number of years Mike’s contribution was well appreciated. Due to his consistent quality of his job, he was asked to join the management team, and to take over the Safety Department. He was promoted to Director of Safety, and has been in that position a number of years. He has been a tremendous asset, and positive influence throughout his career.


James M. Soave – Executive Vice Chairman

Jim has been with the company since 1982. He has held many different positions both in Mount Clemens, and also Phoenix, AZ. He is involved with warehouse operations, and sales helping to grow the company. He has logistical experience working with both large and small companies.
